Welcome to Perky, LLC- The Clothing Innovation Company, where we bring to market clothing-related solutions and offer a great array of conversation starter accessories to compliment people’s wardrobe.
Perky, LLC began in 2015 with the introduction of the Perky Collar to the market. Since then we have our products in over 300 stores globally which has helped build the brand. We have had a strong presence in the fashion community since our inception and encourage each new location to do the same. Perky, LLC opened its 1st kiosk in Dec. 2018 at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC and outside of the Covid months has seen steady growth month after month, quarter after quarter and year after year.
As a company, we offer clothing-related solutions, everything from the droopy dress shirt collar, falling pocket square, untucked dress shirt to belts that stretch and tear up easily.
Our conversation starters include a variety of Fedora styles and sizes, numbered and limited edition wooden bow ties, chakra bead bracelets and necklaces, cufflinks, pocket squares, feather bow ties and neckties.
The Industry
We love when customers share their photos and feedback rockin’ our conversation pieces. It is not uncommon that our customers are the best dressed in the room. Our repeat business proves the quality and satisfaction of every customer we encounter. We take the time to listen, ask the right questions to truly understand what the customer is looking for or guide them if they don’t know what they are looking for. It is our job for customers to look like a “million bucks” without having to spend a fortune.
The opportunity is growing due to the need to see, feel, and touch our unique items. Since most are not available online, there is a need for our in-person help and guidance.
What Does it Take to be Successful
A lot of our success is attributed to your ability to engage with walk-by mall traffic. It is crucial for us to listen and learn about what customers are looking for and where they’re going.
A desire to get to know other store employees in the mall also plays an integral part in your success so that you can be a referral for them. Most store employees want to help their customers, it is nice to know they can refer them to you with confidence.
For those on the way to the Apple, Gucci or Louis Vuitton store, an impressive, bright-colored, attention-getting display helps draw people in to learn more. It is also important to understand the importance of leading by example and dressing to kill every day at the kiosk. Customers constantly stop to compliment your attire and want to look and dress like you. You and your staff are walking mannequins and you need to understand your success is a direct correlation to how well you and your staff dress.
The other key component is understanding the importance of making eye contact and discussing the product that you think will most interest them as they walk by. When you only have 10-15 seconds to make an impression, you need to think fast, engage and offer a polite and courteous introduction to our company.

Training
We offer an extensive training program for the owner and general manager. Initial training will be 2 weeks in-person at franchisee locations. There will be ongoing training as well.

We will also offer weekly calls to address issues that pertain to inventory, sales results and display changes.
Technology
A CRM system with all inventory recorded in it will be downloadable on any Ipad along with a credit card reader.
